Nancy came to us shortly after we opened. She works part time in the morning at the baby house. She's very important to the children because her own daughter, now at university, was born with a heart defect. Nancy has acquired quite a bit of medical knowledge and she knows many of the best doctors in Zhengzhou, who help us. 

Li Na has a daughter in primary school. Li Na has worked for us over 2 years. She works part time at the New baby house. She works mornings but is always willing to stay all day if needed. She usually works together with our au pairs. This is at times difficult because you must be a nannie, teacher, and co-worker all at the same time. Li Na works well with others and teachers more by example. This is one reason why we have such great au pairs. Li Na is also very faithful.

Ms. Dang has a happy family, her son recently got married. He works in a construction company with his wife. Ms. Dang's husband is a policeman. 

She is always flexible in her schedule to help us and makes my job as a manager much easier. We all appreciate her. She works afternoons at the tiny baby house with Ms. Guo and they are best friends.

Duo Jia writes about herself...Duo Jia-- I am 30 years old--christian ,single without boyfriend. I would like have a boyfriend from US. I  working very hard on learning English. I have worked here for 6 months.

 

Duo Jia comes to us from the village near the ShaoLin Temple, famous for Kung Fu. She lives at the Big Kid House but goes back to her village on weekends. Ms. Tao lives on the east side of Zhengzhou and we are located on the west. She takes the bus at 7 am every day in order to get to work on time. She came to us from one of the local hospitals and has some nursing midwife experience. She is considered full time and works at the Toddler House with Li Li. They really compliment one another and its great to know the kids are in their care. Ms. Tao has a son who lives and works in Canada. She states that she loves working at Swallow's Nest because it is a non-profit organization.
