At Swallow's Nest we believe in trying to prevent abandonment. We are currently fundraising to help this family get heart surgery for their 2 year old daughter. The surgery is 90,000 yuan. She needs the surgery by September of this year and we have set June as a deadline. Update: All funds have come in for this little girl's first surgery. We wired money to the family for travel and they will arrive in Shanghai on Monday June 13th. Many thanks to everyone, especially our "au pair dad" who gave so generously, many blessings.
